Can I order directly from Brine?

The latest and greatest Brine soccer, lacrosse and field hockey products are only sold through Brine-authorized dealers. We do not sell direct to the consumer. You can locate a Brine dealer by utilizing our dealer locator.

What is your warranty on your equipment?

Brine stands behind all of its products when used under normal conditions. Proof of purchase with the date of the purchase on it, is required for every item being returned due to defects:
  • Lacrosse heads are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase.
  • Lacrosse shafts are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase.
  • Lacrosse protective equipment is guaranteed 60 days from purchase.
  • Lacrosse shaft grip coatings are guaranteed for 90 days from date of purchase.
  • Bags are guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Apparel is guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Helmets are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Goggles are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Soccer goalkeeper gloves are guaranteed for 60 days from date of purchase.
  • Soccer shin guards are guaranteed for 60 days from date of purchase.
  • Soccer balls, please check the ball for the guarantee - it will be printed on the ball.
  • Field Hockey sticks are guaranteed from material defects for 1 year from date of purchase. (Cosmetic damages are not covered under the warranty).

How can I make a return?

  • If this is a lacrosse product, please click here to see if your product falls under our warranty.
  • Completely fill out this return authorization form online. We will evaluate your request.
  • If your request meets the requirement of our policy, then we will send you a return authorization number (RA#) within 5 business days.
  • Please note that you MUST have a return authorization (RA#) before sending the defective product.
  • Once you have the RA#, please follow the proper steps and procedures below: 1. Write the RA# on the proof of purchase and place it inside the box with the product. 2. Send it to:  Brine, 47 Sumner Street, Attn: Returns, RA#----, Milford, MA  01757
If there are any problems with your request, we will call or send you an email. If you are having problems filling out the return authorization form, please feel free to call the Brine Customer Relations group at 1.800.227.2722. Be sure to clearly print the RA# on the outside of the package. When returning heads, please make sure all heads are unstrung. Thank you.

How can I find a Brine-sponsored event?

Please refer to our events sections of our web site in either the men's lacrosse, women's lacrosse, soccer or field hockey sections. Brine sponsors several events each year throughout the country, as well as hundreds of camps and leagues.

How can I carry Brine products in my store?

You need to contact the Brine Account Manager for the territory your store is located in. Contact Brine Customer Service at 1.800.227.2722 for contact details.

How do I know what size product I should buy?

You should visit your local dealer to try on the products for yourself or for your son/daughter. Every player is different in size so the best way to fit a person is to try on the product. This will ensure that the product fits properly. Any Brine authorized dealer can assist you with this process. You can locate a dealer near you buy utilizing our dealer locator.

How do I take down the soccer pop-up goals?

  1. Fold The Method Soccer goal in half and fold the two flaps inward.
  2. Rotate the goal 90 degrees so that it is vertical as shown.
  3. Hold the goal with both hands, take the two corners and gradually bend it downward while holding onto the bar firmly until it touches the bottom corner and coils into a circle on each side.
  4. While holding both corners together, take one of the circles and fold it inward until it lies flush on the ground. Then do the same to the opposite side.
  5. Place the goal into the carry bag and zip it closed for storage.
SUPPORT INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Insert the Velcro strap (attached to the flap) through the backside of the opening.
  2. Pull strap around the frame and attach to the front half of the Velcro loop (attached to the outside of the flap).
  3. Fasten back half of the Velcro loop to the Velcro trap.
NOTE: Make Sure Flap is Fastened Directly Behind the Frame.

How do I clean my lacrosse gear?

You can clean your protective equipment by hand-washing only with a mild detergent and hang dry only.
